Actor John Cusack fired back in Sunday’s X-Post after nonprofit watchdog group Stop Antisemitism named him “Anti-Semite of the Week.”
“Wow, that’s a list full of lies,” the “Say Anything” star responded in the thread.
The StopAntisemitism post included a photo of Cusack labeled “Anti-Semitism of the Week.”
In a caption, the group accused him of denying the October 7 gang rape, labeling Hamas a “charity” and claiming that the Israeli government funds Hamas. did.
The post also tagged Cusack’s talent agency, asked why it “condemns this bias,” and concluded with links to archives and the actor’s posts.
In a separate response, Cusack accused the organization and the International Law Forum of “weaponizing racism against peace activists.”
“The slander that slanders people – I want to know if the people who follow them know – and if so, are they condoning this despicable behavior?” he continued. Ta.
Cusack responded to another X user who defended himself as not being an anti-Semite, labeling his critics’ accusations as “distraction slurs.”
He also retweeted posts that supported pro-Palestinian views but not pro-Hamas views.

Cusack and APA agency representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
In another recent post on X, the actor also bluntly criticized those who don’t call for a ceasefire in Gaza, calling them “soulless.”
“Oh, oh, if you don’t call for a ceasefire, you have no soul. We can’t stop until this stops. Remaining silent in the face of this is the most shameful thing I can imagine. It should be done,” he wrote last Thursday in response to a video from a pro-Palestinian account that purportedly included footage of a bloody Palestinian girl.
The original video post, which has since been deleted, had a caption that read: “Is this the kind of world you want your children to experience as they grow up?” If your answer is no, #PeaceforAll remains.
Cusack said the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas began last October when Hamas terrorists launched an unprecedented attack on residential areas in Israel, killing 1,200 people and taking hundreds hostage. He has been outspoken about the conflict.
Israel’s military operations in Gaza since then have drawn strong criticism from detractors of the Jewish state.
“Words don’t speak – the brutality of the Western response is the height of unparalleled depravity / Imagine October 7th lasting 115 days?” Cusack wrote in another post on Thursday. I wrote this:
