Josh Allen Shares a Laugh Over Hailee Steinfeld’s Frustrations

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen recently had a humorous moment while discussing Hailee Steinfeld’s exasperation with him.

During a Wednesday podcast appearance, he joked about how when she tries to get something out of his beard or mustache, he tends to react playfully. “If she goes for it, I always bark or bite,” he mused, absentmindedly fiddling with his beard. He recalled, “That’s what my dad did when I was a kid. If I touched his beard, he’d say, ‘Ah.’ I suppose I picked it up from him. I can’t help but react that way, you know?”

When Eric Wood, the host of the podcast, asked him if there was anything he didn’t like about Steinfeld, Allen responded with a wide grin, saying, “Absolutely nothing.” He added jokingly, “What are you trying to do to me here?”

Recently, Allen and Steinfeld celebrated the arrival of their first child together. The ‘Sinners’ star shared the joyful news in a newsletter on April 2, titled “Special Delivery.” She expressed their gratitude, saying, “Our baby is born!! We feel incredibly grateful and blessed and savoring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and blessings.”

They had revealed her pregnancy back in December with a heartwarming Instagram post featuring a video of Allen kissing Steinfeld’s belly in the snow.

The couple first appeared together publicly in Manhattan in May 2023, and they had been dating for about two years when Steinfeld proposed in Malibu in November 2024.

They tied the knot in California last May. The Bills ended their last regular season with a record of 12-5 but were eliminated by the Broncos in the playoffs, and Allen is currently in his ninth season with the team.
