The judgment was announced by the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Implementation and implementation of Senate Bill 4 will be delayed until at least March 18th.th.

President Biden requested a delay in the bill, arguing that Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) was interfering with immigration, a long-standing federal jurisdiction.

Mr. Abbott argued that because the federal government is refusing to take action, he is not standing in the federal government’s way, but doing the federal government’s job.

The bill is said to be part of the “toughest immigration enforcement measures ever” in response to a historic crisis at the southern border.

The U.S. Fifth Circuit is scheduled to hear SB 4 in early April.
