Trump’s Role in Recent Israel-Hamas Ceasefire Praised

Last week, President Donald Trump facilitated a significant ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, earning widespread acclaim.

One of the notable endorsements came from his granddaughter, Kai Trump. In a discussion with Fox News Digital, she expressed her pride in her grandfather’s efforts to help resolve the conflict.

“I’m always proud of whatever he does. I’ll always support him. I think he’s doing great things,” she remarked during the interview.

As a result of the ceasefire, Hamas freed the last 20 hostages they were holding, while Israel released around 2,000 Palestinian detainees.

Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, praised President Trump, calling him the “greatest friend” Israel has ever had. He expressed gratitude for Trump’s actions, highlighting his stance at the United Nations, acknowledgment of Israel’s rights in the West Bank, and the U.S. withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal.

“No American president has ever done more for Israel. It’s not even close,” Netanyahu stated. He thanked Trump specifically for his support of Operation Rising Lion and the decisive action taken during Operation Midnight Hammer, which targeted Iran’s nuclear facilities back in June.

In his speech in the Knesset, Netanyahu furthermore referred to these decisive military operations as impactful, noting the timing of the Midnight Hammer operation, suggesting it was particularly effective.
