Kamala Harris Reflects on Trump’s Campaign Tactics

Kamala Harris, a former presidential candidate, asserts that she has effectively countered the campaign strategies used by President Donald Trump for the upcoming 2024 election.

Her remarks were made during an appearance on the podcast “Storehouse and Friends,” hosted by Tamira Chapman. The episode was released on Sunday, and a clip of her comments quickly gained traction on social media.

“I understood the game being played, and I decided not to be played!” Harris stated passionately.

She elaborated, saying she recognized her opponent’s tactics and was determined not to be distracted or fall into any traps. “Part of his strategy was to pull me off my message,” she noted, emphasizing that her focus remained on discussing economic issues and financial well-being.

“I understood the game that was being played,” she reaffirmed. “And I decided not to play!”

Harris chuckled at her own comment, prompting laughter from the other participants.

“It’s not just checkers; it’s chess!” she exclaimed, adding, “Three-dimensional chess! I’m telling you!”

During the same podcast, when asked about the challenges she faced as a Black woman, Harris responded by attributing some of the difficulties to the Democratic Party. “I think the Democratic Party has taken Black women for granted,” she remarked, pointing out that specific issues impacting Black women must be prioritized.

Harris is currently promoting her campaign memoir, “107 Days,” which has faced significant scrutiny on social media since its announcement in July.
