Vice President Kamala Harris has pledged that as president, she would help millions of undocumented immigrants eventually obtain naturalized U.S. citizenship and sign legislation mandating no-excuse mail-in voting nationwide.
Speaking at a rally in Glendale, Arizona, Harris said she supports amnesty for between 11 million and 22 million illegal immigrants in the country through so-called “comprehensive reform.”
“We know our immigration system is broken and we know what it takes to fix it: comprehensive reform, including strengthened border security and a path to citizenship,” Harris said.
Such an amnesty would instantly fill the U.S. workforce with millions of newly legalized foreign workers, with working- and middle-class Americans having to compete with them.
Already, under President Joe Biden and Harris, American jobs are being filled with millions of newly arrived foreign workers, while millions of native-born people are falling out of the labor force.
“Essentially, all the job growth we’ve seen [under Biden and Harris] “It’s traditionally been given to foreign-born workers, but the Bureau of Labor Statistics now recognizes that it includes undocumented immigrants as well,” EJ Antoni, an economist at the Heritage Foundation, told Breitbart News.
Harris also said in her speech that she will “finally pass” the Freedom to Vote Act. Enact Nationwide, Unconditional Mail-In Voting. This bill would ensure that registered voters can submit their mail-in ballots using drop boxes.
Similarly, the bill would automatically register voters unless the voter opts out. Specifically, states that already have automatic voter registration typically register voters through their state Department of Transportation (DMV) offices.
Breitbart News reported in 2023 that nearly 400 foreign nationals had been registered on voter rolls in Cook County, Illinois, since 2007. Experts said the error was caused by voter registrations at the DMV.
