Rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye, reversed course after making a series of anti-Semitic comments in late December and apologized to the Jewish community for his actions. Now, he has released a 40-minute video following that apology and making amends in more detail.
The “Ghost Town” rapper most recently drew heavy criticism for wearing a hood deemed by many to be KKK at an album release party and making anti-Semitic comments during the event.
But after the event, the “Yeah” rapper took a much different tone, posting in Yiddish on social media and apologizing for years of anti-Semitic comments.
The apology letter read as follows:
I sincerely apologize for the “unintentional outburst” caused by my words and actions…I had no intention of hurting or degrading, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused…
I am committed to learning from this experience, starting with myself, and ensuring greater sensitivity and understanding in the future.Your forgiveness is important to me and I am dedicated to making amends and promoting unity

But West apparently felt that posting on social media wasn't enough, so he filmed a long video to compensate.

The site says the video is coming soon, but it hasn't been released yet.

In another incident, Ye claimed that Adolf Hitler's bad reputation was “created by Jews” who “control the majority of the media” and urged Jews to “forgive” Hitler.
Mr. Ye then called for a “death sentence against Jews.”
The rapper was suspended from both Instagram and Twitter for this comment. He lost lucrative business contracts and relationships with sportswear giant Adidas and fashion company Balenciaga, and was also dropped as a client by JPMorgan Chase and talent agency Creative Artists Agency.
