Karl Rove: Harris ‘flatlining’ in polls while Trump rises

Republican strategist Karl Rove said Vice President Harris is “flat” in the polls, while her Republican rival, former President Trump, is rising.

“What we've seen is that Harris is pretty much flat, almost down, and Donald Trump is up moderately. So the election is going to be 50-50. Coin toss. ,” Fox News contributor Loeb said on the network Monday.

Harris was on a roll just a few weeks ago.

Harris, who was endorsed when President Biden withdrew from the race and then became the official Democratic nominee at the party's national convention, quickly gained ground over Trump across the country and in several battleground states.

Recent polls show Harris' momentum flattening, with former President Harris returning and some polls and projections suggesting she will completely wipe out the Democratic lead. Experts predict this race to be the closest in history.

Rove pointed to differences in polls and projections, with some saying Harris will win, while others say Trump is the favorite.

“If you look at RealClearPolitics, Donald Trump is leading in seven states and has 300 electoral votes, over 300. But if you look at it. gosanhachi.com Silver Bulletin, two other companies compiling recent polls, found her leading in four states and him in three, with her at 276th and him at 262nd. “There is,” Loeb said.

“Literally no state leads by more than 2 percentage points on the latter two combined,” he continued.

Mr Rove insisted it would be a “tough fight” until the end, with 15 days left until voting day.

Harris leads Trump by 1.3 percentage points in national polls, according to The Hill/Decision Desk's polling index.
