“Young Turks” star Ana Kasparian was furious with her co-hosts when he suggested that Vice President Kamala Harris could be a future governor of California, whether she likes it or not.
While some liberals continue to mourn President-elect Donald Trump's victory over Harris, others are debating the vice president's political future. DNC fundraiser Lindy Lee scoffed at Harris' “delusions” that she would “probably run for governor of California in 2026,” but some have speculated that that might be a possibility.
“The Young Turks” co-host Cenk Uyghur claimed Thursday that “Kamala Harris will probably win the gubernatorial race easily.”

“No! No!” Kasparian yelled at his co-host. “What are you doing? What are you doing?”
The Uyghurs responded: “Whether you like it or not, I'm telling you the reality.” “California Democratic voters love to follow.”
“I'm moving, Cenk! I'm quitting my job,” Kasparian said. “I'm quitting my job and moving.”
“I'm not saying I agree,” the Uyghur replied. “What I'm saying is that if Democrats say, 'We're going to anoint Kamala Harris,' a good percentage of California Democrats are going to say, 'Yeah! We're going to obey. We're going to take the oath of allegiance. It doesn't matter how bad she is!”

“So people are egging her on. It seems like she's in wait-and-see mode,” Kasparian said.
Ms. Kasparian looked into the camera as if she were speaking directly to Harris.
“Why not wait and see how you get out of public life? And do what you have to do. Work in the private sector. Lobby. Whatever it is. But don't run away. ” As Governor of California, please stop! ”
