Kate Middleton honors flag of Wales with red coat for St. David’s Day celebration

The Princess of Wales celebrates her country through style.

On Wednesday, Kate Middleton came out with Prince William to visit Pontyprid in South Wales ahead of the national celebration of St. David's Day on March 1st.

Princess Kate, 43, honored the country wearing a double-breasted red Alexander McQueen coat, one of the shades of the Welsh flag.

She and William concluded their appearance with a daffodil pin as a symbol of belonging to the National Welsh Flowers and St. David's Day.
