“She was beautiful,” she added. “One person in the crowd described her as like porcelain. She was particularly good with the children in the carriage. The crowd cheered as the Royal Carriage approached, and the cheers reached a crescendo when they saw Kate Middleton close behind.”

Schofield also said that as the family returned to Buckingham Palace in a horse-drawn carriage, “the family were clearly reacting as heavy rain poured down on the crowd – the children were definitely feeling sympathy!”

She released a statement on social media yesterday, telling her followers: “I am recovering well but as anyone undergoing chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days. On the bad days I feel weak and tired and just need to rest. But on the good days I feel strong and want to make the most of it.”

She continued, “My treatment is ongoing and will continue for a few more months. On the days when I feel well enough, I enjoy taking part in school life, spending personal time doing things that give me energy and positivity, and starting to do a little work from home.”

She wrote, “I am learning to be patient, especially in times of uncertainty, taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this time I need to heal.”

“Ironically, the first military colour procession was started by King Charles II in the 1600s,” he said. “King,” He told Fox News Digital.

“But the date didn’t change until 1901, when King Edward VII inherited the throne from his mother, Queen Victoria,” Andersen explained. “Charles III’s birthday was in November. King Edward’s birthday was also in November, but he didn’t like the weather at the time, so he said, ‘It would be much better to have the parade in June.’ So they changed the date to the first week in June, the first or second Saturday, and it’s been that way ever since.”
