Kay Adams shares all of Daniel Jones' dating jokes Tuesday's “Up and Adams” show Amid unfounded rumors, the pair are said to be dating after their interaction at training camp earlier this summer made headlines.
While previewing Big Blue's Week 1 game against the Vikings with new Giants offensive lineman Jermaine El-Emno, Adams sarcastically referred to the 27-year-old quarterback as “boy” and asked him how he plans to protect Jones.
“I have to protect my son, my son, the world and the internet. [he’s] “My son,” Adams said, and Elemnor burst out laughing.
Adams herself began laughing, then added: “I don't even want to talk about it. I don't want to talk about it.”
El Emnor, who joined the Giants this offseason after three years with the Raiders, acknowledged the fuss surrounding Jones and Adams, but Adams seemed to mince words. While talking to a shaggy signalman The exchange at Giants training camp in August understandably caused a social media frenzy.
“Jermaine, girls aren't going to win. They're trying to get your boy excited,” Adams said on Tuesday's show, to which L'Emneaux responded, “Because Daniel is a really cool guy.”
That's when Adams asked the big question of the offseason.
“Does he have that beard?” she said.
Elemnor then stated his position on Jones' beard.
“I told him to keep the beard,” said the lineman, 29. “My beard isn't as good as his.”

Adams ended the conversation by jokingly instructing Elemnour to “protect my boyfriend.”
The Vikings defense won't be the only team Jones will feel pressure from on Sunday.
Now two years into his four-year, $160 million contract, Jones is looking to prove doubters wrong and turn a disastrous 2023 season into a comeback after the Giants' season-opening 40-0 loss to the Cowboys and a torn ACL in November meant he was sidelined for the season.
“I think right now it's just about focusing on what we're doing here and being the best team we can be in 2024,” he told The Washington Post's Paul Schwartz.
The Giants will face the Vikings at MetLife Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m.
