Kaya Jones commends Trump's efforts for peace in the Middle East.

Former Pussycat Dolls vocalist Kaya Jones has voiced her support for President Donald Trump’s recent peace initiative in the Middle East, labeling it as a crucial move toward resolving the Israel-Hamas conflict. She expressed disappointment towards anti-Israel celebrities who have chosen not to speak up. “We needed peace. We needed agreement, and he was going to get it done,” she stated. “You can’t complain about peace, then when someone tries to achieve it, you just criticize.”

Following the tragic events of October 7, 2023, when Hamas attacked Israel, a ceasefire plan facilitated by the U.S. was announced on October 8, 2025. In this arrangement, Hamas agreed to release 20 Israeli hostages in exchange for Israel freeing around 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, including those involved in violent offenses.

Jones’s remarks come amid backlash against Hollywood figures who’ve been vocal about Palestine, particularly post-ceasefire. Actors like Debra Messing and comedian Michael Rapaport have taken to social media, urging their colleagues to acknowledge the historic peace news rather than remain silent.

“It’s been two years of shouting ‘ceasefire now!!’ It’s clear that it was never about that; it was about eliminating Israel,” Messing commented. Rapaport echoed this sentiment by emphasizing that it had never been about peace, but rather, a performance.

Jones reflected on the ongoing wars, stating that some people will always find fault with Trump’s actions, no matter the outcome. “We want to end the war. Anyone who values life, who loves children, should want a peace agreement,” she remarked.

Jones stated that she is proud of Trump’s efforts, noting that the ceasefire, albeit fragile, was an important step. She expressed concern about rising anti-Semitism, especially among Christians. “It’s alarming to see Christians not aligning with the Bible,” she noted, emphasizing that belief in the scriptures should translate to support for Israel.

Having transitioned to a Christian artist, Jones recently traveled to Israel for humanitarian work and released an album entitled *The Royal Collection* in 2025. The album, she explained, delivers a positive message for believers, reminding them of their inherent worth.

In her view, God communicates to people about their specialness, love, and inherent value. “You are wonderfully made; you belong to the royal priesthood,” she said, encouraging individuals to embrace their identity and potential, rooted in their faith.
