Keith Kellogg Condemns Russia after Palm Sunday Attack in Ukraine

Special US envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg denounced Russia after launching an attack in Ukraine on Palm Sunday.

“Today’s Palm Sunday attack by Russian troops on Sammy’s civilian targets is beyond all sorts of decency,” Kellogg said. I wrote it. “There are scores for civilian deaths and injuries.
