Scott Wolf’s Estranged Wife Speaks Out on Custody Battle
Months have passed since Kelly, Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, had any contact with their three children amid their contentious divorce.
On Friday night, Kelly interacted with her followers through her Instagram Stories, urging them to ask her anything. When one person inquired, “When was the last time you could see your child?” she responded, “Since the first Rooney Bin.”
She elaborated, “I’m trying to connect with them through symbols and dreams.” Continuing, she mentioned, “I will never stop. They’re magic. And fighters, just like their mother!”
Representatives for both Kelly and Scott did not immediately respond to requests for comments from news outlets.
Kelly, who is 48, shares three children—16-year-old Miller and 11-year-old Jackson—with Scott, known for his role in “Party of Five.” In June, she was admitted to a Utah hospital after being detained by police shortly after announcing her split from Scott.
A local law enforcement agency stated on June 13 that deputies were called to Sundance Resort regarding a woman who needed assistance. Upon speaking with her, officers learned Kelly expressed concerns about her family’s well-being, prompting them to take her to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
A spokesperson for the Utah County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Kelly was handcuffed during the incident to ensure her safety and that of the officers involved.
Earlier, Kelly had shared a live Instagram clip just before her tense encounter with law enforcement. Her voice was audible in the background, saying, “Oh my god, this isn’t happening.” She described being handcuffed and later referred to the event as “shameful.”
As she documented her experience on social media, she showcased a screenshot that highlighted her distress, noting she felt it was against her will.
By June 25, Scott was granted temporary sole custody of the children and a restraining order against Kelly.
A judge resolved the temporary restraining order on July 19, allowing Kelly supervised visits with her children, but Scott maintained primary custody.
On July 12, Kelly alleged she was placed in a second involuntary hold due to claims of police brutality. She posted on her Instagram story, expressing pain and frustration, while asserting, “I love my kids. I’m not crazy.”
On July 29, as Kelly attempted to reclaim her belongings from their home with police assistance, Scott spoke out amidst the unfolding drama.
In a statement, he accused Kelly of plotting to falsely label him as abusive, sharing screenshots of text messages allegedly from her regarding these claims.
On August 15, Scott articulated his concerns about Kelly’s allegations, which he described as “unfounded and incredibly dangerous.”
Recently, Kelly also shared a text conversation on her Instagram Stories, emphasizing her desire to see her children, juxtaposed with Scott’s firm insistence, “Don’t come home.”
