Kelly Bensimon was recently seen in the company of a new acquaintance, identified as Robert Flood, a financier from Connecticut.
This past week, the former “Real Housewife of New York City” was spotted dining at a chic restaurant known as Beefbar, where Flood works as a managing director at Trust Securities.
This outing marks the first time Bensimon has been publicly linked to someone since she called off her wedding to Scott Litner nearly a year ago.
Onlookers noted that the couple shared a cozy three-hour meal while also celebrating Bensimon’s 57th birthday on May 1st.
Photographs taken outside the restaurant showed them exchanging hugs and kisses on the cheeks, and they were seen holding hands as they left together.
Sources indicate that Flood had a brief relationship with Rachel Uchitel, known for her past involvement with Tiger Woods and her podcast titled “Mistakes and Understandings.”
Last year, Bensimon canceled her wedding to Litner just days before the event, citing issues with investors who wouldn’t agree to a prenuptial arrangement.
She and Litner got engaged during a trip to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, which is near her hometown.
Bensimon was previously married to photographer Jills Bensimon, and they divorced in 2007.
The couple shares two daughters, aged 25 and 27.
Recently, Bensimon listed her luxurious apartment in Little Italy for nearly $9 million.
