Kelly Clarkson is suing her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock again, just months after winning a $2.6 million judgment against him last fall.
The complaint filed Monday in Los Angeles alleges that Starstruck Entertainment, the management company of Blackstock and her father, Narvel Bulkstock, is an “unlicensed talent agency” that booked business deals on her behalf. The payments to Starstruck Entertainment that Clarkson is seeking refunds include “fees, commissions, profits, advances, production costs, and other monies.”
