President Donald Trump said Tuesday he would “lead the charges” in key efforts against Rep. Thomas Massey (R-KY), asking if there are any Takers to challenge lawmakers.
Trump worked on the true society to call out Massie after opposing the ongoing resolution being pushed out by Republicans.
“Beautiful Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massey is an automatic “no” vote for almost everything, despite his constant vote on continuous resolutions in the past. He should serve as Primary and I will lead the charges against him,” Trump wrote.
“He is another ancestor, and there are too many troubles and is not worth the fight. He reminds me of Liz Cheney before her historical record-breaking fall (loss!). The people of Kentucky don't support it, just look. Are there any takers?” he added.
One of Trump's 2024 co-campaign managers, Massie and Chris Lacivita, also had back and forth on X ahead of Trump's true social post.
“I haven't voted for a continuous resolution budget (cut copy – Paste Omnibus) this week. Why did I continue to use waste scams and why did the abused Doge find out?” Massie I wrote it In a Sunday post.
