Last week, a Kentucky woman was arrested after local authorities found a boy missing in her attic.
Donna M. Spengler, 42, a resident of Scottsville, was arrested early on March 21, according to the Scottsville Police Department (SPD). She was charged with infringing the welfare of minors and second-degree unlawful incarceration, as well as preventing temptation, first-degree prosecution and custody interference.
In a Facebook post, SPD explained that he received a call about a potential boy in his home that was missing at about 12:30am that morning. [Spengler]. ”
When the SPD and the Allen County Sheriff's Department arrived at the scene, Spengler “confirmed that he was the only resident of the residence,” authorities said.

“Following the investigation, authorities discovered that the boy, hidden in the attic in Spengler's house, has gone missing,” the report said.
The juvenile was taken to Warren County Juvenile Detention Center under a court order.

Spengler is then taken to the Allen County Detention Center, where he is held on $50,000 bonds.
Fox News Digital contacted SPD with additional information about the juvenile who was lured but did not respond immediately.
