An 11-month-old infant who was kidnapped in upstate New York and later found alive in a shed on a power plant campus has died at a hospital, according to reports. fox news digital.
The Schenectady Police Department issued an Amber Alert for Halo Blanton around 10 a.m. Sunday, saying the baby was last seen on Saturday at 12th Street at Campbell Avenue around 9:15 p.m. It pointed out.

Nelson was found by a security guard inside a heated building, and authorities eventually found him on campus.
