Kourtney Kardashian showed off her scars while modelling for a maternity shoot.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star posed for the Boohoo collection following her emergency fetal surgery in September 2023, baring her midriff in a crop top and unbuttoned skirt.
“I still have scars from the surgery where they put a needle in my amniotic sac,” she said on the family-friendly Hulu show Thursday, likening herself to a “fragile little egg.”
Traces of this could be seen in the footage, but were apparently edited out of the final photo.

Kardashian went into further detail during the season five premiere last week, revealing that the “traumatic” surgery took place after an ultrasound raised concerns.
“My amniotic sac was punctured and they put a needle in there. I can’t drive. I can’t stand for more than 20 minutes. I can’t really leave the house,” the reality TV star said.
She clarified that the complication is “very rare” and “not due to ageing.”
Two months after the surgery, Kardashian gave birth to her first child, a boy named Rocky, with husband Travis Barker.
She’s also mom to 14-year-old son Mason, 11-year-old daughter Penelope, and 9-year-old son Reign with ex-husband Scott Disick.
Meanwhile, the Blink-182 drummer shares 20-year-old son Landon and 18-year-old daughter Alabama with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, and also remains close with his former stepdaughter Atiana, 25.
Barker, 48, and Kardashian have not shared Rocky’s face on social media since his birth in November 2023.
