Nohem is the fourth candidate for President Donald Trump from the Senate after the approval of Donald Trump after the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of John Ratcriff, and the next Secretary of Defense Pete Hesces.
Immediately after Noem, the voting is expected to be Scott Bessent, the Secretary of Finance, and Sean Duffy, a candidate for Transport.

Noem told the committee last week, “I was the first governor who dispatched a state soldier to Texas, which was overwhelmed by an unprecedented border crisis.”
“If you are approved as a secretary, I will ensure any means, resources, and support necessary for extraordinary border guards in Japan to perform the mission effectively.”
