Expert indicates that Neville Roy Singham’s network poses a threat to national security

Grand jury investigates Neville Roy Singham for financing organizations linked to the CCP.

Concerns Raised Over Neville Roy Singham’s Funding Network

Intelligence authorities have expressed alarm regarding Neville Roy Singham’s funding network, which they see as potentially compromising national security. They argue that an ongoing federal grand jury investigation into the financial support of socialist and Marxist organizations linked to the China-based tech entrepreneur is not only necessary but warranted.

Adam Thorne, co-founder and CEO of the Network Contagion Research Institute, disclosed that Singham’s network has directed hundreds of millions of dollars to various nonprofit political advocacy groups, including People’s Forum and Breakthrough News. These organizations are reportedly staging well-orchestrated protests across the nation, aligning with left-wing causes.

“These nonprofits wouldn’t exist without his funding,” Thorne remarked. “Americans are witnessing the results of this ecosystem right on our streets. It’s not merely protest; it’s organized chaos and a challenge to our infrastructure.”

Singham, 72, who has connections to pro-China Communist groups in the U.S., is said to have funneled $278 million to a vast array of nonprofit entities since selling his tech firm for $800 million in 2017. These groups actively participate in demonstrations against ICE and Israel while advocating for Iran.

Recently, Acting U.S. Attorney Todd Blanche authorized a Manhattan grand jury to issue subpoenas as part of this investigation, which was initiated by Jay Clayton, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, known as a significant federal prosecutorial district.

Attempts by Fox News Digital to reach Singham for comments were unsuccessful.

The network of nonprofits linked to Singham is said to have mobilized participants nationwide, resulting in confrontations with law enforcement.

Thorne elaborated that Singham’s network is also opposed to U.S. advancements in artificial intelligence and data centers. Detractors often cite environmental issues, while proponents caution that hindering such developments could leave the U.S. lagging behind in the AI race. A recent report suggested that around $23.6 billion in proposed investments related to AI and data centers were delayed or blocked during the election season, where the Party for Socialism and Liberation played a pivotal role.

Thorne suggested that his organization has shared data with the Southern District of New York, positing a connection between foreign aid and U.S. AI policy.

Furthermore, he indicated that various international relations involving Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Cuba tie into Singham’s activities, hinting at his network acting as unregistered foreign agents. “This same group that has disrupted infrastructure is now being redirected toward artificial intelligence efforts in the U.S,” he added.

There are claims that Iranian operatives are engaging with Singham’s network, although these assertions have yet to be independently verified.

The grand jury investigation into Singham is part of a broader set of inquiries from Congressional committees and prominent lawmakers in Washington, D.C.

Earlier this year, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met with Goldman Sachs Chairman David Solomon, urging the bank’s cooperation with the federal investigation regarding Singham’s financial activities. Bessent indicated that Goldman Sachs might face scrutiny for its role in facilitating Singham’s funds.

Sources familiar with the meeting noted it was amicable, with Solomon showing willingness to assist in the investigation. A spokesperson for Goldman Sachs affirmed that all distributions from Singham’s donor-advised funds were allocated to legally recognized nonprofits, stating that no funds have been disbursed from that account since August 2023, which is set to close in early 2024.
