Kristi Noem Meeting with Kim Jong Un of North Korea?

The plot thickens even more with Kristi Noem’s new memoir. And by “getting darker” I mean getting weirder.

The memoir not only recalls Noem’s sad story of taking home her puppy Cricket and shooting him dead, but the book also says she also met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

“I remember meeting Kim Jong-un, the North Korean dictator. I’m sure he underestimated me, not knowing anything about my experience looking down on petty tyrants. (He was a children’s pastor),” Noem wrote.

This became a problem because it never actually happened.

When asked about the lies in the news, Noem said: “As soon as we found out about this, we certainly made some changes.”

“Wait a minute,” Pat Gray says, shocked. “Did you warn me? You wrote the book.”

“If it was the ghostwriter who was responsible for misremembering her story, she should have already used it in Cricket’s story, which would have paved the way for her out.” Keith Marinak agrees.

And when Noem was further asked to confirm that she had not met Kim Jong Un, she chose to keep it strange.

“I’ve met so many world leaders, so many world leaders. I’ve traveled all over the world. I talk about my time in Congress in great detail in this book. “I think so,” she replied. “I’m not going to talk about specific meetings with world leaders, I’m just not going to do that. This anecdote shouldn’t have been in the book,” she added.

Gray was disappointed.

“I really like her. This is a real shame,” he says.
