Kristi Noem’s Canine Confession Destroys Her Shot at Veep

South Dakota governor and vice presidential candidate Kristi Noem has made a potentially irreversible political mistake.

In her upcoming memoir, “No Going Back,” Noem confesses to killing a puppy and a goat while living on a farm. Her dog, Cricket, was 14 months old and was clearly “untrainable” and “worthless,” so Noem put him down.

It’s safe to say that Americans are not happy with Noem’s disregard for the pup’s life. Stu Brugiere She believes that perhaps it will spell the end of her political career.

Stu believes Noem is a “no-harm, down-to-earth type of person who doesn’t make too much noise, doesn’t intend to ruin her candidacy, doesn’t intend to blow anything up, doesn’t intend to be in the headlines.” But at the same time he believes everything changed after the cricket story was leaked.

“I don’t understand why it’s a good idea to get the story out in any way when clearly no one knows about it,” Stu says.

“People like their dogs, okay? And when a dog gets a little out of control, or a lot out of control, the answer is, ‘I’m going to take you out of the back and shoot you.’ “Very few people can imagine that,” he adds.

Noem has defended her actions by saying that the difficult decisions she made were not fun for her but are part of the challenges of farm life, but her defense resonates with all Americans. Probably not.

“I understand that society probably won’t be able to survive for long without farmers. They do a great job and farmers have a completely different take on this. But here… That’s not the point,” Stu says.

“The important thing is not necessarily what farming life is like. The important thing is that as a politician, especially as someone who is trying to get into the election as a ‘do no harm’ type of candidate, no one “You have to realize that you don’t understand agriculture’s life,” he added.
