Los Angeles continues to be engulfed in flames, with numerous wildfires burning across the city.
As the destruction grows, more and more information about failures by California authorities continues to surface.
First, Los Angeles' fire chief is a woman named Christine Crowley, who is being touted as the city's first female LGBTQ fire chief.
