Former President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Dayton, Ohio, on Saturday, condemning Joe Biden’s retraction of his use of the word “unlawful” to describe the suspected killer of Laken Riley.
As Breitbart News reported, Laken Riley has become yet another name on the list of American citizens who have reportedly died at the hands of illegal immigrants in the United States.
On February 23, Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old illegal immigrant from Venezuela, abducted and murdered Laken Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University, who had gone for a morning jog around the University of Georgia campus in Athens the previous day. was indicted for the crime.
Before arriving in Athens, Ibarra was protected from deportation thanks to New York state’s sanctuary state policy.
Ybarra was arrested in New York City in August 2023 and charged with injury to a child under 17 and motor vehicle traffic violation. Sanctuary state law guaranteed that Mr. Ybarra would be released from prison before ICE agents could claim him.
President Joe Biden went against the grain of political correctness in his State of the Union address when he referred to Laken Riley’s killer as a “lawless offender.”But a few days later, Biden I went back About how he uses words.

When replying, [Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s] “Heckler, you used the word ‘illegal’ when talking about the man who allegedly killed Laken Riley,” said MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart.
“I’m an illegal alien. And I shouldn’t have used ‘illegal’.” It’s ‘undocumented,’” Biden said.
“So you regret using that word?” Capehart pressed him.
Mr. Biden replied, “Yes.”
Former President Trump emphasized at a rally in Ohio that the perpetrators of the Laken incident were criminal illegal aliens.
“He should never have come to our country and he never would have come to our country under Trump policies,” the former president said. “Joe Biden is more concerned with protecting the feelings of criminal illegal aliens than he is with protecting the lives of innocent Americans.”
“No more American lives should be lost to immigration crimes. If I were president of the United States, I would demand justice for Laken,” he added. “On my first day in office, I will end all open border policies of the Biden administration and begin the largest domestic deportation operation in U.S. history.”
The former president also addressed how black Americans and Hispanic Americans have been negatively impacted by illegal immigration.
“Joe Biden has repeatedly stabbed African American voters in the back with his open borders policies, which include giving millions of work permits to illegal aliens and cutting real American wages. “And that includes crushing them. Thanks to open borders policies, virtually 100 percent of jobs under the Biden administration went to foreign-born workers.”
