Lane Kiffin’s Daughter Dating LSU Star
Landry Kiffin, the daughter of Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin, has announced her relationship with LSU linebacker Whit Week. In response to the news, Kiffin’s reaction was light-hearted and amusing, as he kept it brief with just three words.
Landry, a 20-year-old sophomore from Mississippi, shared a photo on Instagram featuring the couple, captioning it with simply “Happy,” accompanied by a smiley face emoji. In a playful exchange, Week commented “Nice Dude,” to which Landry replied with “Thank you Bad.”
As their new romance develops, it’s worth noting that both athletes will be focused on the game ahead. This Saturday, No. 4 LSU will be facing No. 13 Ole Miss in a highly anticipated SEC matchup. One fan on social media remarked that the Kiffin household might be under some tension due to the game, to which Kiffin replied, “Take over,” hinting at his expectations for an exciting and high-scoring face-off.
Week, a rising star on the field, is known for his defensive skills. He led the SEC last season with solo tackles and has continued to make an impact this season. His stats already include 11 total tackles across four games, with a solid performance so far.
Both teams are undefeated, each boasting a 4-0 record. LSU started with a tough win against Clemson, followed by impressive victories, including a 56-10 rout of southeastern Louisiana and a 20-10 win over Florida.
On the flip side, Lane Kiffin’s offense has been firing on all cylinders, scoring at least 30 points in each game, with three of those reaching 41 or more. Their latest win was a dominant 45-10 victory against Tulane.
The game kicks off at 3:30 PM ET and promises to be one of the week’s highlight matchups, bringing not just a competitive spirit but also a playful rivalry given the new relationship between Landry and Whit.
