Lara Trump tears into FEMA for response to Hurricane Helene — and bashes CNN

Republican National Committee Co-Chair Lara Trump hits out at CNN host over whether her father-in-law is spreading misinformation as she disputes the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) response to Hurricane Helen. I had an argument with Dana Bash.

Lara Trump on Sunday lamented the devastation caused by the storm in her home state of North Carolina, arguing that the Harris-Biden administration is not spending money wisely on recovery efforts.

“Every day we hear from people there asking for help. It's a dire situation there,” Lara Trump said on CNN's “State of the Union” on Sunday.

“I actually don't think we even know how bad it really is yet.”
