Las Vegas Tesla explosion suspect Matthew Livelsberger bragged about Cybertruck

The ex-girlfriend of a Las Vegas bombing suspect reportedly shared with the FBI a text message she received days earlier from Matthew Lyblesberger in which he playfully boasted about a rented Tesla Cybertruck.

Alicia Allitt and Libersberger were in a relationship from 2018 to 2021, but Alicia told the Denver Gazette that Alicia and Libersberger had died three days before the New Year's Day explosion outside President-elect Trump's Las Vegas hotel. He said it was strange that he got in touch.

She told the paper that they met in 2018, after Libersberger divorced his first wife, Sarah. But Allitt said that after their painful breakup in 2021, she and Libersberger stopped speaking and both have moved on.

“I want everyone to know that Matt was the kindest person I've ever known,” Allitt told the Gazette, adding that when his mother became ill, Libersberger was the one to help her. I explained that he had bought me a house. “He got me through some tough times.”

After tracking messages from Libersberger's account, the FBI showed up at Allitt's Colorado Springs home on New Year's Day evening while she was at work, the Federal Register said.

FBI agents returned Thursday morning and met with her at 9 a.m., she said.

She showed agents how Mr. Libersberger messaged her with photos and a music video of the gold Cybertruck he rented on Dec. 29.

“I rented a Tesla Cybertruck. This is—,” he wrote her at 9 a.m. Sunday, according to the Gazette.

“It matches the Kobe 2 shoes I wore when I was little,” Livelsberger added. “Google it.

“It feels like Batman or Halo.”

Mr. Allitt said he was unaware of the plan for Mr. Reverseberger to be shot dead in a Cybertruck loaded with explosives just before it exploded outside President Trump's hotel on New Year's morning in Las Vegas.

Alit described Libersberger as an honorable man who loved his country and that she knew him to be politically conservative. Libersberger's family reportedly describes him as a Trump supporter.

She also said Mr. Libersberger had two surgeries on his back after serving in the paratroopers. She said she noticed changes in him after he returned from a tour in the Middle East in 2019 due to a traumatic brain injury. She said Libersberger had been isolated and explained to the newspaper that his depression may not have been treated because “it is unacceptable to receive treatment while in special forces.” .

She said one of the reasons they broke up was because “he wanted to focus on his career.”

Allitt broke down in tears when investigators identified Libersberger because of a World War I airplane tattoo on his right arm, the newspaper said.

“I don't know if I could have stopped him,” she reportedly told the newspaper.

According to the newspaper, Alit previously worked as an army nurse at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

Libersberger was a Green Beret and served for 19 years, primarily at Fort Carson and in Germany.

Alit shared a photo of herself with wild flowers in her hair and Riversberger smiling behind her.

She said the photo was taken when the two were attending “spy school” in Washington state, the paper said.

After three years of dating, Riversberger remarried. His second wife, Jennifer Davis, reportedly broke up with Libersberger six days before the attack.

She reportedly accused him of cheating on her around the time she gave birth to their young daughter. He left his Colorado Springs home the day after Christmas after a fight.
