Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl from Houston, was brutally murdered on June 17. Two illegal immigrants from Venezuela who entered the United States under the Biden administration allegedly lured the girl under a bridge, stripped her naked, tied her up, sexually tortured her for hours, strangled her, and dumped her body in a swampy creek near the North Freeway.
Ms Nungarei’s body was discovered by Billy Jackson, who was driving home after dropping off her husband.
Said KTRK-TV, “I drove by and looked up at the creek and thought it was a mannequin. I did a U-turn and parked on the bridge, put my flashers on, looked down and saw it was someone. I parked right there and called 911 right away.”

Confirmed The suspects, Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, and Franklin Peña, 26, were indicted on murder charges Thursday in the 232nd state District Court. The Associated Press did not want to identify the men as illegal immigrants.

Nungarei, whose burial ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, is the latest victim in a never-ending string of innocent Americans victimized by the Biden administration’s failure to block or expel foreign nationals from entering the country.
Earlier this month, a man who entered Ecuador illegally just months after Biden took office reportedly spotted two young people hanging out in a Queens park, pulled out a “large machete-style knife” and took them to a secluded part of the park, where he raped the girl.

Cruz argued that both illegal immigrants should face the death penalty if convicted and said Nungaray’s family deserves justice in the form of meaningful redress for their illegal immigration issues.
“Joe Biden has no excuses. He must reinstate Remain in Mexico and end catch and release immediately, or many more innocent lives will be lost. We don’t have time for half-measures. We need to look at what works and do it now,” Cruz said.
