LeBron James shredded for skipping NBA All-Star Game at last minute

The NBA All-Star Game has struggled to attract fans' attention with the typical lack of effort from players and the ever-changing form of the game, and LeBron James certainly didn't help the cause of the NBA on Sunday night .

James announced that he would not play due to ankle and foot discomfort within two hours of the event's tip-off after being selected straight as an all-star starter for the 21st time.

Many people had problems being late in the presentation.

The All-Star Game not only lost the participation of the biggest star in the final moments, but there were also players who missed the potential appearance of the game as an alternative to injuries.

Four-time champion and All-Star Draymond Green are good friends with James and did not approve of the final decision.

“I think [James] I might have said this before, helping someone else. ” Green said.

Former players Vince Carter and Jalen Rose reflected the same sentiment.

“He took the roster from someone,” Rose said.

Fellow All-Stars Anthony Davis and Giannis Antetocomo both were injured following their respective selections, both being replaced by other players from their respective meetings before the All-Star weekend, with Killie Irving and Trae Young got a nod.

It raises questions about how important the All-Star look has become when determining player legacy. Instance?

Devin Booker, Domantas Sabonis, Dearon Fox, Ja Morant and Norman Powell all had the first half worthy of an All-Star for the season and managed to replace James.

Anthony Edwards also said:The gro diameter has become a bit messy.

But Edwards said he thinks he can play if he can stay warmer for longer.

The NBA split the All-Stars into mini tournaments to get fans even more excited and get competitive from players.

However, while trying to “play against the best players who aren't competing hard in the All-Star Game,” James' actions symbolized the player's lack of care for the festival.
