Although no one has been charged with insurrection related to January 6th, Democrats continue to fabricate baseless allegations against former President Donald Trump.
On the other hand, there are many actions taken by other former presidents that can be viewed from a criminal perspective.
“If the president orders the killing of American citizens overseas or orders the killing of people who are believed to be terrorists, for example, a 16-year-old American citizen, a teenage American citizen, maybe someone's son. What happens when something happens to terrorists who aren't actually committing acts of terrorism?'' Mark Levin says.
“Is that criminal?” Levin asked, adding, “Well, that's what Obama did.”
“So my question to you is, should Obama have been indicted for knowing he could potentially kill innocent American citizens while trying to take out his father?” ” he added.
This is not a hypothesis. This lawsuit was actually filed in federal court by the American Civil Liberties Union against the Obama administration.
But the court did nothing.
“That's been avoided,” Levin explains, “and that's what they're doing with Obama and Biden and their ilk.”
Joe Biden is not innocent either.
“Will Joe Biden be sued for immigration violations by people who have literally lost family members as a result of his decisions? People killed at the border, people raped at the border, illegal aliens inside the country killing American citizens? — Could we use him for that?'' Levin added.
