A Long Island man was arrested Monday after he allegedly pointed a gun at a taco shop employee after he didn't understand his order, according to authorities and the restaurant owner.
Kevin Warren, 62, was charged with menacing after the rampage that was caught on camera at Tony's Tacos in Franklin Square at 8:50 p.m. on Friday. Nassau Police.

In the video, the woman is seen taking a step back as the suspect lifts his shirt to reveal something in his waistband.
Police said the man flashed a gun.
Julia Scott, who co-owns four Long Island locations of the Italian taco restaurant with her husband, Mike Scott, told The Washington Post that the terrifying ordeal all started with a bad phone connection.
Scott said the 21-year-old employee taking her order said she couldn't hear what was being said because voices kept cutting out, and then the employee came into the store and confronted her.
“The man came into the store, sought out a woman taking a phone order, grabbed her hand and showed her he had a gun on his waist,” Scott said.
Mr Scott said the woman had been very upset and distraught after the incident but was “feeling better” after the arrest.
