“I'm not saying she's crazy. I'm saying your party, your policies are crazy.”
Graham also noted that Democrats have repeatedly made similar attacks on Trump in the past.

Trump, 78, accused Harris, 59, of being “mentally ill” while mocking the Harris-Biden administration's record on illegal immigration at a rally on Saturday.
