Live updates: Trump blocked from using Alien Enemies Act; Houthis vow retaliation after US airstrikes

A federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration from calling out the alien enemy law of 1798 on Saturday, preventing the removal of undocumented immigrants without Venezuel, presumably members of Tren de Lagua's gang.
