The convicted murderer, so-called “Doomsday Cult Mom,” Lori Vallow, is citing claims of honor and misleading press, to restrict media access at upcoming Arizona murder trials. I'm looking for it.

Vallow, who represents himself, challenged Maricopa County Superior Court last month, asking the judge to stop the court television from streaming the case in the face of a second murder charge.

” Court television should be ashamed of its essence and its demands. Its sole purpose is not to bring real news or facts to people, but its purpose is to truly occur in the lives of real people. Because it is to entertain the public in the tragedy of life. “Vallow, who has been convicted of killing two children and her husband's ex-wife, wrote in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. It's there.

Vallow continues to argue that court television is using it in the commercial for her and her husband Chad Daybell commercial for the channel, with the portrayal being “mischlier, honored and slandered.” He claims that. Daybell was sentenced to death in Idaho for his role in the murders of JJ Vallow, Tylee Ryan and Tammy Daybell.

“I'll give this [Vallow] Chicago-based lawyer Andrew Stoltman says she's already sentenced to life in an Idaho prison, so she's pretty much lost as she's already sentenced to life in an Idaho prison I can't do it. This case becomes a 3-ring circus and the best way to do it is to express yourself. ”

According to Stoltmann, OJ Simpson's infamous trial could have a strong personal opinion on putting cameras in court, and may be afraid to do more harm than proceedings .

“There is a philosophical belief that it is good to see the judicial process in action,” Stottman said. “There is also a legitimate concern that there is a tendency to turn lawyers and witnesses into actors who play to cameras, but this is not usually in the defendant's greatest interest.”

Court TV did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

The network previously streamed the pretrial proceedings before Vallow's upcoming cases, entitled the report “IDv. LoriVallow Daybell: Doomsday Cult Mom Trial.”

The objection arises when Vallow prepares for her second trial. In 2021, the Great Jury filed her with conspiracy to commit murder in the shooting death of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, and attempt to murder her Nie's ex-husband, Brandon Boudreau did.

“Being her own lawyer would likely give her a better chance of an ineffective counsel debate on appeal, assuming she's losing,” Stottman told Fox News Digital. . “She may think it gives her the best chance to win, because the ju-degree could hear from her without actually giving her testimony, and therefore opposed by the prosecutor. Because it is subject to interrogation.”

Vallow was extradited to Arizona in November 2023 and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

In the verdict, Fremont County District Judge Stephen Boyce told Vallow, “You had many other options. You chose the most evil and destructive path possible. To this day, you I don't think I will repent for the effort and heartache that caused.

Boyce continued to admit the psychiatric diagnosis in February 2023.
