A Beverly Hills mansion for sale has been ransacked by squatters and turned into a “party house.”

He said the squatters make more than $30,000 a month by renting out rooms and hosting large house parties with admission fees of $100.

Mr Woodward said the rowdy parties were causing a nuisance in the upscale neighborhood and he regularly called police.
“Officers have been there probably over 50 times,” Woodward told USA TODAY. “They're having crack parties, laughing gas parties, orgies, all sorts of things going on.”

Woodward said the confusion over the $4.5 million property stems from ownership issues.
