Lucy Guo sued for allegedly allowing child porn on her social media platform for influencers and fans

Takafuki's “Miami Party Girl” and tech influencer Lucy Guo were named in a cooperative lawsuit that included a subscription-based social media platform for her and influencers, a pass, and intentionally recruiting minor girls to create and distribute child pornography.

The bomb case saw how Pass passed and one of the explicit site's agents Alec Celestine struggled to hide the alleged sexual exploitation of the teenage plaintiff, and Guo himself “intrude in person” to disable the site's internal restrictions to own it to protect parents except minor content creators. Guo vehemently denied the charges.

According to the lawsuit, between July and September last year, the site's former talented directors Celestine and Lanizinoza directed lead plaintiff and only fan model Alice Rosenbulm (who was 17 years old at the time), and “created images and videos of themselves engaged in sexually explicit acts and existed through the site through the data storage system.”

Furthermore, both Pas and Guo knew Rosenblum was a minor, but never took any steps to stop the content from being available, claiming that the site is said to own pornographic images and videos of the then lame girls who make up members of the class.

The lawsuit claims Celestine and Zinoza used Passes' Internet messaging system to sell, sell and distribute illegal images to customers in exchange for money.

Pass charges that it offers “tools to help creators become entrepreneurs.” It boasts 1,000 content creators, including over 500,000 subscribers, actress Bella Thorne, and big names such as NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, Jim and Influencer Revidan.

Between July 2023 and February 2024, Pass raised more than $49 million from angel investors and venture fund Who, including YouTuber Jake Paul's Anti Fund, Paris Hilton, 11:11 media from Bruce Gersh, and venture capital firm Menlo Ventures, based on OG Silicon Valley.

In January 2024, Fanfix, which provides monetization services to influencers, sued Pass on suspicion of unfair business practices, claiming Guo and Celestine were accused of being accused of poaching by Fanfix.

According to the new lawsuit, the pass was able to participate at one point by content creators aged 15-17, but was subjected to enhanced restrictions aimed at protecting minors on the platform.

You will need to join the site and have a “verified parent consent” form that includes a signed consent form, a video conferencing held by the parent, a copy of the parent's ID or license, or a “Successful Knowledge Base Challenge Test.” The lawsuit states.

Path's own community and content guidelines expressly prohibit “explicit adult content, nudity or porn,” advertises it as “committed to protecting minors” on the platform, and ensures that images or videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit content will be removed and reported immediately.

However, the lawsuit alleges that on or around February 24th, the option for children aged 15 to 17 to join the site, as well as details of their strict internal safeguards, have been “disappearing” from Pass's terms of service.

The 30-year-old Guo is Silicon Valley Wonderkind, who established himself as a successful programmer at a young age by creating one of the first Twitter bots that allowed users to autofollow based on a specific hashtag.

In 2017, she won a spot as one of Forbes' “Enterprise Tech's Under 30s Under 30s” and was once awarded a $100,000 Tiel Fellowship.

Following news that the class action suit has been destroyed, Guo declared her innocence x's long post.

“The lawsuit is worthless at all because it is at least related to Path and myself,” she wrote, claiming that there was a “zero” interaction with the plaintiff and that the site always acted promptly when reports of illegal activities came in.

She further argued that Celestine was “not an agent for Pass, not an employee.”

“We are confident that facts are on our side and look forward to presenting those facts in court.”

This post reached for Celestine through an email address that was thought to belong to him but never returned immediately on Sunday. Messages sent to the phone number listed for Zinoza were also not returned late Sunday.
