Luka Donsic wanted to make sure no one missed what he had for his previous team.
The new Lakers superstar and Jordanian brand have given Los Angeles fans free parking to win the Mavericks for 107-99 win at the crypto.com arena on Tuesday night, as seen in several photos posted on social media.
The lot featured a purple and white sign that read “Free Parking” and “Luka's Courtesy.”
“I got free parking across the arena lol soutout luka!!! Incredible 👏👏👏” x user @goldenknightgfx posted on Tuesday night.
The parking was just part of the Jordan Brand evening spectacle.
The company has released a video featuring a purple and yellow car with a “Texas 77” license plate.
“Full tank. There is no mercy,” the promotion said at the end.
The car featured the “77” – the Donsic number – and the Jumpman logo on the bonnet. He rose outside the arena for a Western Conference matchup.
Doncic was eventually delivered for his new fans and registered his first triple double as Laker by talliing 19 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists.
The superstar guard clearly hasn't surpassed the blockbuster trade, and Don Sic is staring at the Mavericks bench after hitting a long three in the first quarter.
The Mavericks have said both on the record and in sources about the former star some interesting things, questioning his work ethic, health, and his ability to manage his weight.
The latest excavations included Don Chic, which, as reported by Athletic, had a “taste of beer and sailing sales.”
Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison assumes he didn't use the free parking lot, but attended Tuesday's contest.
“The moment was so strange. I felt like I had no idea what I was doing,” Donsic said after the match. “I'm glad we won.”
