An entire summer cottage is available to rent off the southern Maine coast this summer season.
The Dunes on the Waterfront is a 12-acre property where guests can bring the whole family to stay in a vintage New England whitewashed cottage this summer, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The cottage is located about 30 minutes south of Kennebunkport, Maine, across the tidal river from Ogunquit Beach.

Visitors can choose from 21 cottages for their next vacation trip.
According to press materials, the property is a “recreated vintage whitewashed New England cottage with vibrant green shutters and generously spaced apart for maximum privacy.”

The Dunes offers one-, two- and three-bedroom cottages with a variety of amenities, including gas fireplaces, wet bars, smart TVs and private porches.
You don’t need a car to get around the site, you can get around by bike.

While staying at The Dunes in Maine, you can enjoy breakfast delivery, traditional lawn games, waterfront yoga, a fishing pier, kayaks, paddleboards, rowboats, and more.

For more adventurous guests, The Dunes also offers pontoon boat rides across the tidal river, lobster dinners on Ogunquit Beach and strolls through downtown.

“When you drive into The Dunes, you’ll feel like you’ve traveled back in time,” Tim Harrington, owner of The Dunes and chairman of Atlantic Hospitality, told Fox News Digital in a statement.

“The traditional New England cottage is surrounded by sand dunes and gardens that lead to the ocean, with access to Ogunquit Beach via a tidal river,” he added.

According to the property’s website, this “reflection paradise” is “close to everything, yet far from everything.”

Harrington added that the hospitality group is “putting a lot of care and love into revitalizing the property” ahead of the 2024 summer season.
