Male Dancer Files $10 Million Lawsuit Against Diddy for Rape Before Sex Trafficking Trial Decision

New Lawsuit Filed Against Diddy

Music mogul Shaun “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a new civil lawsuit. This was filed late Tuesday by a male dancer, who has accused him of various charges including assault, battery, emotional distress, negligence, intentional sexual battery, and civil conspiracy related to support and behavior.

This legal action was initiated just a day after a partial verdict emerged from the ongoing assault and sex trafficking trials against the controversial figure in the music and fashion industry.

In this latest complaint, Diddy is claimed to have violently assaulted and raped former model and actor Edmund Laurent, who has previously appeared in music videos for Britney Spears and Lil Kim.

The detailed 32-page lawsuit, submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court, outlines incidents that allegedly took place in luxury hotels around Los Angeles during the late 2000s, including locations like InterContinental in Century City, SLS in Beverly Hills, and Mondrian in West Hollywood.

As per the lawsuit, Laurent asserts that he was drugged and raped by Diddy and an unidentified woman, who he claims maliciously compromised a condom, putting him at risk for sexually transmitted diseases. He also mentions serious health problems stemming from this abuse, including stomach cancer.

Currently, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, as he awaits a judge’s ruling in a separate criminal trial concerning federal charges of sex trafficking, assault, and transport.

Diddy has publicly denied all these allegations, including the latest claims in the civil suit.
