The man was arrested and accused of pose a threat to National Intelligence Director (DNI) Tarshi Gabbard and her family.

“You two homes are legal targets and you’ll be attacked by the once and place we’ve chosen,” he said.
“Prepare to die, you, Tarshi, and everyone you cherish. America is burning,” another said.
Federal agents also discovered that Amin allegedly threatened Gabbard on social media, posting an image depicting a firearm pointing to a photo of DNI Gabbard and a second image of a firearm pointing to a photo of DNI Gabbard and her husband.
When searching Amin’s home, the firearm was also seized by federal agents.
