A man has been charged with two counts of murder over the deaths of two women on Christmas Day in Milton Keynes.
Jazwell Brown, 49, was charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count each of possessing a knife blade or sharp object in a public place and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal. has been done.
Thames Valley Police were called to reports of a stabbing at a block of flats on Santa Cruz Street in Bletchley at around 6.30pm on Wednesday.
Formal identification has not yet been made, but police have confirmed that the two women who died at the scene were Joanne Pearson, 38, and Teona Grant, 24. A man in his late 20s and a teenage boy were also taken to hospital with serious injuries. Both are said to be in stable condition.
Brown, of Santa Cruz Road, Bletchley, was remanded in custody and is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Saturday.

A massive cordon was set up at the scene on Thursday and a forensic team could be seen entering the apartment complex and climbing the stairs. Numbered yellow evidence markers and first aid kits were seen outside on the road and sidewalk, as well as in the trunk of a car parked on an adjacent street.
