A man was reportedly arrested at Travis Kelce’s Kansas City residence for attempting to deliver legal documents intended for Taylor Swift. Justin Lee Fisher, the individual in question, allegedly tried to serve deposition papers on behalf of Justin Bardoni’s legal team. This dispute is tied to Bardoni’s project titled “It’ll End with Us.”
On September 15, Fisher, aged 48, was apprehended after reportedly scaling a fence to enter Kelce’s property. According to reports, he was caught around 2 AM by a Nashville-based security team that was working at Kelce’s home at the time, where both Kelce and Swift were present. Fisher, described as a former police officer, was accused of trespassing during his attempt to deliver the documents.
Details surrounding the incident remain sparse and a one-page police report noted that the information is limited regarding its use. Sources indicate that Fisher’s actions were linked to the ongoing legal matter involving Bardoni and his contention of unprofessional conduct by Blake Lively, who is also entangled in the legal drama. Bardoni claims that Lively exploited her friendship with Swift to influence the production of his film.
Bardoni’s team asserts that Swift had agreed to appear for a deposition, while Swift’s representatives counter that she did not consent to such an arrangement. They mentioned that if compelled, Swift’s team would work to fit her into the schedule around October 20th, despite the short notice. They emphasized they’re not engaged in this legal fray.
The situation escalates as Bardoni and Lively are embroiled in their own legal struggles, including allegations from both sides concerning harassment and negligence related to a project they collaborated on. A judge recently denied Bardoni’s bid to extend a discovery deadline, which may now limit Swift’s involvement in the case.
In an additional lawsuit filed by Lively, she brought up claims of sexual harassment and retaliation involving a producer, further complicating the legal landscape surrounding the project. Bardoni, in his lawsuit, refuted Lively’s accusations, arguing that there was no clear evidence supporting her claims of a smear campaign against her.
