Earlier Sunday, a horrifying attack set a man on Times Square, leaving a burn all over his face, but officers are still searching for an attacker.
The video of the scene showed the moment just after the attack on a 45-year-old man. The victim is clearly in pain and covered in burns as authorities put him in the ambulance after the flames were put out.
According to Cops, NYPD is W. We responded to reports of fires at 41st and Seventh Ave.
Authorities said he believed he was on fire but did not immediately have the perpetrator's name.
The NYPD could not say whether the attack was targeted or random.
EMS took the man to Cornell, a New York Presbyterian, where he was in a stable state, police said.
No arrests have been made. A police investigation is underway.
