An allegedly shooting four people while robbing a gas station in Florida early Friday morning, and then police shot dead a sheriff's aide during the pursuit.

The Gadsden County Sheriff's Office posted about the robbery at about 12:30 a.m. Friday, and the suspect's vehicle was found and pursued at 6:30 a.m.
The Gadsden County Sheriff's Office said: “The driver crashed due to a pursuit by the FHP, Columbia and Suwanee co-sheriff's offices. The driver then fired a shot at an officer attacking the vice-chairman of Suwanee County.” Deputies were attacked by his protective vest, and his injuries were a non-life threat.
