Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer of United Healthcare CEO, reportedly suffered from “debilitating pain” and underwent back surgery last year.

Martin added: “As far as I know, he was never a violent person.”
Mangione was taken into custody Monday at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after he was identified from a photo released by law enforcement.
Breitbart News reported that police found a handwritten note in his belongings that allegedly read, “The parasites were expecting it.”
