Mangione Suffered ‘Debilitating Pain,’ Had Back Surgery Last Year

Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer of United Healthcare CEO, reportedly suffered from “debilitating pain” and underwent back surgery last year.

Martin added: “As far as I know, he was never a violent person.”

Mangione was taken into custody Monday at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after he was identified from a photo released by law enforcement.
