The feet of the Republic passengers were crushed by a cart of drinks that ran wild during a horrifying trip from Boston to New York, the victims allege in a new lawsuit.
Dalton Sim was sitting in the aisle seat. Flight 4286 from Logan International Airport dropped to JFK Airport in June 2023, causing his right foot to stick out into the aisle.

“We can seek justice on Mr. Sim's behalf of the life-changing injuries he suffered in a completely preventable case caused by the terrible and unforgivable negligence of a Republican Airlines official,” said his lawyer, Erin Applebaum.
Republic Airlines did not respond to a request for comment.
