“They asked me what I thought about Nick, and from what I understand, the first 10 to 12 seconds of this documentary is me saying all these nice things. But they used me as bait and turned on the switch,” Summers said. variety. “They ambushed me. They never told me what this documentary was actually about. So they put up a video that I can’t believe is on Nickelodeon. And I said, “Okay, let’s stop the tape here.” What are we doing? ”

Summers claimed that he walked away from the interview after learning what it actually entailed.
“I left. So about six weeks ago I got a call and was told you were leaving the show for good. And I said, ‘Great.’ Then they called me about four weeks ago and said, ‘Well, you’re in, but you’re only at the beginning because we talked about the positive things at Nickelodeon. ”’ Summers said. “What they didn’t tell me, and what they lied to me about, is the fact that when they ambushed me, they had put another object in the area that was pointing the camera at me. And now we’re in a situation where it’s all about who’s being unethical.”

Mr. Summers clarified that he did not know or have worked with Mr. Schneider because his employment with the network ended long before Mr. Schneider began working there.
“Those guys came later and took over our studio. I’ve never met the men and I don’t know anything about them,” he said. “I mean, I know Kenan.” [Thompson] from Kenan and Kel, because we did something together. But what happened with those people on that show is, I’ve never met any of them. No one knew. But it made me feel like I knew these people. ”
The former game show host claimed he plans to speak to those involved soon. “I’m getting a call at three o’clock today,” he said.
